This year’s pig roast is being dedicated to the memory of long-time KPYC member Andy Nolet, who passed away last fall after a battle with cancer. Andy was very active in the club and boating community â cruising the Maine coast with high school friends Dave and Karen Goodwin and many, many hours on his 35â Bruno gentlemanâs lobster boat âRendezvousâ. Andy was part of the scenery in the back channel. This year’s event is being named âAndyâs Roastâ in his honor.Â

âAndyâs Roastâ will be held on June 7th. We will have t-shirts to commemorate the event. Join us on Saturday, June 7th! Cocktails start at 5:00 p.m., then dine on spit-roasted pig, pulled pork with a variety of sauces, baked beans, coleslaw, and yes, âMiss Jackieâsâ cornbread! Â
