Thank you for your interest in joining KPYC. 

Effective November 2025

The Club is currently at its bylaws limit of 200 Regular Members. All approved applicants are placed on an ordered waiting list. As Regular Members resign, applicants move up the list in the order their completed applications were received and paid.

Membership Application Procedures

Required Reading: Please review before proceeding. By submitting, you agree to these terms.

1. Complete the application form below and pay the non-refundable $250 Application Fee by credit card.
2. Immediately after submission you will receive a confirmation email, and each of your two sponsors will automatically be emailed a secure link to submit their confidential recommendation.
3. Once both sponsor recommendations are received, your complete application will be presented by the Membership Committee to the Board of Directors at the next monthly meeting (usually the first Monday of the month) for consideration, including review of any available membership openings due to resignations. The Board vote (requiring 4 affirmative votes) determines approval onto the waiting list.
4. If approved, you will be added to the official waiting list in the exact order your completed application was received.
5. When a membership opening occurs and you reach the top of the waiting list, the Treasurer will contact you with payment instructions. At that time you will become a Probationary Member for one month and enjoy all privileges of Regular Members except eligibility to serve on the Board. You will be invoiced for prorated annual dues (currently $400 full year, prorated monthly from your activation month through December 31) — payment is due immediately to begin the probationary period.
6. At the conclusion of your one-month probationary period you will be required to purchase one share of KPYC stock for $510 (full payment required). Upon receipt of payment you become a full Regular Member.

Important Notes 

• The $250 application fee is **non-refundable**, even if you later choose to withdraw
• The $510 share is refundable upon resignation, but per the bylaws you must wait for a new member to take your place (a short refund waiting list is maintained).
